What ages do you accept?
We care for children from 6 weeks through 12 years, across our Infant, Toddler, Preschool, Pre-K, and After-School programs.
What are your hours?
We're open Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM to 5:30 PM. We're closed on weekends and major holidays.
Do you offer part-time or Mother's Day Out?
Yes. We offer full-time care, part-time schedules of a couple of days a week, and Mother's Day Out, a morning or two each week for a little learning and a little breathing room. Reach out and we'll help you find the schedule that works for your family.
Do you offer full-time daycare?
Yes. Full-time daycare runs Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM to 5:30 PM, for working families in Pittsburg and the nearby towns. We also offer part-time schedules and Mother's Day Out mornings.
Are meals provided?
We serve fresh breakfast, lunch, and two snacks prepared on-site, with care for allergies and dietary needs.
Are you a licensed daycare?
Yes. Bright Haven is a Texas-licensed childcare center. Our staff are background-checked, we use secure keypad entry, and we run daily health checks.
Is Bright Haven a faith-based daycare?
Faith and kindness are part of who we are, woven gently into our warm, everyday care. We welcome families of every background.
Where are you located and who do you serve?
We're in Pittsburg, Texas, and we welcome families from across the area, including Winnsboro, Gilmer, Mount Pleasant, and Mount Vernon, and the surrounding Camp, Titus, Upshur, Wood, and Franklin County communities.
What are your teacher-to-child ratios?
We keep ratios low so every child is truly seen: 4:1 for infants, 6:1 for toddlers, 10:1 for preschool, and 12:1 for pre-K.
